Sol Bubble — Terms of Use & Tournament Rules

Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Publisher: EXCOBALAB (Excoba A.Ş.)

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Sol Bubble, you agree to these Terms of Use. Entering any paid tournament additionally requires you to accept the Tournament Rules below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or enter tournaments.

2. The Service

Sol Bubble is a neon bubble shooter (aim and shoot to match 3+ same-color bubbles and pop them). The core game is free to play with an unlimited local practice mode. Separately, the app offers optional skill-based tournaments (daily, weekly, and monthly) with entry fees and prizes.

3. Skill-Based Competition

Tournaments are contests of skill, not games of chance. Every entrant in a given tournament plays with the same server seed under identical rules. Ranking is determined solely by player performance (score). No element of the prize outcome is based on chance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to enter a paid tournament. Tournaments are void where prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that paid skill contests with prizes are lawful in your location before entering. We may restrict or exclude entries from certain regions at our discretion.

5. Entry Fees & Attempts

Entry fees are paid in SOL on the Solana blockchain via your own wallet and are added to that tournament's prize pool. Each entry grants a fixed number of scored attempts: 1 for daily, 3 for weekly, 10 for monthly. Your highest valid attempt score is your leaderboard result. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: entry fees are non-refundable once confirmed, including if you use fewer attempts than allowed.

6. Attempts, Fairness & Anti-Cheat

An attempt is consumed at the moment it starts, not when a score is submitted. Disconnecting, closing the app, or enabling airplane mode during an attempt does not restore it. Scores are validated on our servers against gameplay telemetry; scores that fail validation are rejected and may be silently discarded. Attempting to manipulate scores, use automation, exploit bugs, or enter with multiple wallets to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees.

7. Prizes & Distribution

At the end of each tournament, the prize pool (minus the service commission) is distributed automatically to the top-ranked players and recorded on-chain:

If fewer players finish than there are prize places, the payable pool is shared among the actual finishers in the same proportions. In case of a tie, the player who reached the score first ranks higher. Prizes are paid to the wallet used to enter. Because distribution is automatic and on-chain, each payout transaction is publicly verifiable.

No refunds. All entry fees are final. Prizes are the only value returned, and only to ranked winners as described above.

8. Blockchain Risks

You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys, and network fees. We do not custody your funds outside of a tournament's active prize pool. Blockchain networks may experience congestion or delays; distribution occurs after a tournament closes and may not be instantaneous.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and the EXCOBALAB brand are the property of Excoba A.Ş. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Sol Bubble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excoba A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or participation in tournaments.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and rules from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
